Discovery call
We start with a relaxed discovery call to talk through your business, your design wishlist, and what’s been sitting on that “I’ll fix this later” list

Prep your content
Before your session, you’ll submit your task list, brand assets, and any links or inspiration. A little prep upfront helps us spend the day focused on creating.

Kick off Call
Right before Design Day, we hop on a quick kickoff call to align priorities, confirm the plan, and make sure we’re set up for a productive, momentum-filled session.

Daybreak Session (Design Day)
It's go time!! During your 4–8 hour session, I tackle your design to-do list, from website tweaks to brand assets, while you stay in your zone of genius.

Refinements
After Design Day, you’ll review everything and share any final tweaks the day after. We’ll polish the details together so everything feels aligned, intentional, and ready to go.

With your updates complete, you’re free to step back into your work with more ease, confidence, and time, while your brand and website quietly do their job.

Here's the thing. I have always been the "thrive-under-pressure" kinda gal - that's why I used to be a wedding planner. Literally, need to put out a fire? You know who to call. Combining my skillset as an event planner and designer, I pride myself on being able to work in a high-paced, intensive environment while providing intentional, thoughtful solutions for my clients.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I need a Daybreak Session or a custom design experience?
A Daybreak Session is perfect if you already have a brand and website in place, but your design to-do list keeps growing. Maybe you need a few new pages, a sales page, a welcome guide, or some thoughtful updates across your site. Instead of dragging those tasks out for months, you can hire me for a focused half or full day and get them done all at once.
My custom brand and website services, on the other hand, are for bigger-picture transformations. That’s when we’re creating a brand identity from scratch, redesigning your website, or building a more strategic, personality-led online presence from the ground up.
What do I need to have prepared before working with you?
Depending on your requests, you’ll want to have your brand guidelines, copy, imagery, and any relevant content ready.
You'll also need to complete a short project questionnaire and attend a kick-off call so we’re aligned before we begin.
How do you get everything done in just one day?
Preparation is key! Prior to Design Day, I'll require all prep work submitted so that I can spend the day doing what I do best. If you have a long to-do list, we will prioritize based on order of importance. The Designer All-Access Pass is valid for 8 hours from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST on the selected Design Day.
Please note Design Days are time-based, not deliverables-based (after all, I am still very much human! But I know where my strengths lie and will try my very best to get everything done for you). In case there's too much to fit into our allotted time, you can book a separate half-day or full day.
How many rounds of refinements are included?
With a full day, one round of refinement will be included, for a maximum of 2 hours. For half days, 30 minutes is included.
If additional time is required, you have the option of booking another half day or my hourly rate is $250.
What kinds of tasks can we tackle in a Design Day?
Before your session, we’ll prioritize your list together so the most important pieces get done first. By the end of the day, you’ll have polished, on-brand assets and a lot more breathing room in your week.
How early should I book a Design Day with you?
Whenever you are ready, I suggest reaching out to see what my availability might be since I only take on limited projects per month. You can begin your application here.
Upon signing a contract, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due the day before Design Day! I can't wait to work with you!
